A private gym with room to breathe

Be:Unique is a small, private gym on Cattedown Road. We keep membership numbers low, so it stays calm, there’s always room to train, and the coaches know who you are and what you’re working on.

How it works

Your own key code, your own pace

Every member gets their own key code entry. When you’re not training with a coach or meeting another member, you can come in and work through your own programme in a quiet room.

  1. Fewer members, more support

We keep membership numbers on the low side, so each member is looked after properly from the day they join.

  2. A plan that suits you

Your programme is built round your body, your week and your goals. Realistic goals, agreed together, then reached with support and a bit of education.

  3. Coaching when you want it

Train on your own with your plan, book personal training sessions, or do both. Most people start with the 30 day intro.

Inside the gym

Everything you need, and room to use it

A lifting platform and racks, a turf track for sleds, air bikes, rowers, cables and machines, all in one room with a coach close by.
