Who we are
Be:Unique Wellbeing, 68 Cattedown Road, Plymouth PL4 0PH. We’re responsible for the personal information you give us on this site.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email address, mobile number, and anything you tell us about what you’re interested in, your goals, when you could train, or your question.
- Which pages you visit on this site, so we can see which pages help people and which don’t.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to talk to you about training with us, by phone, WhatsApp, text or email. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it’s kept
Form details and page visits go to our customer system, HighLevel, which we use to keep track of enquiries and members. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. The maps on this site are from Google and only load when you scroll to them.
How long we keep it
If you become a member, for as long as you train with us and a reasonable time afterwards. If you don’t, we delete enquiry details when they’re no longer useful, and you can ask us to do that sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email paul@beunique.fitness. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
